A Georgia Guidestones Horoscope and the Hopi Prophecy of a New Age

Georgia: Mysticism in the 13th Colony, an Enchanted Land

Since before the infamous Trail of Tears viciously removed Cherokee tribes and others from the region (for the sake of gold and US expansion), the area that is now Hartwell, Georgia was considered the Center of the World as were/are many other sites across the globe. A few miles hence lie what's been called by some "America's Stonehenge," the Georgia Guidestones--initiated in June 1979 by the mysterious 'R.C. Christian' and unveiled to a wary public on March 22, 1980 (horoscope, below).

Perhaps the pseudonym 'R.C. Christian' was meant to mimic the name of the alleged founder of the Rose Cross Fraternity, now known as the Rosicrucians--'Christian Rosenkreutz', as I believe it was intended to do. Certainly the radical ideas of the secret organization resonate with the 'New Age' ideas and political and social beliefs that are etched into the granite of the Guidestones and which promote a New Age of Reason. Some, if not all, of the Elberton enablers of Mr. Christian back in 1979/80 were Freemasons so draw your own conclusions there, as you wish. Certainly the men were accustomed to keeping esoteric and other secrets close to the vest.

Inspired by Enlightenment Guru Thomas Paine?

As you may know, 'Mr. Christian' published a Paine-esque book explaining his Guidestones mission and objectives and from its title, Common Sense Renewed (download available), we find a deafening shout-out to the Age of Reason (or, Age of Enlightenment) as signified by the Uranus-Neptune pair which last conjoined three times in 1993 on or near '18 Capricorn' with its disturbing Sabian Symbol of "The Union Jack" (or, "A British Warship...").

The negative/shadow expression of the word picture for '18Cap' reveals what some have envisioned peeking through the ideas engraved in various languages upon the Georgia Guidestones which promote a major depopulation of the world (among other disturbing ideas): smug or strong-armed paternalism. SUPERVISION is the keyword for '18Cap' in the Jones version (The Sabian Symbols in Astrology) while Rudhyar's An Astrological Mandala describes it as: POLITICAL POWER. Either way, corporate Global Government only befriends the power elite class so to me (a native Georgian) the Georgia Guidestones' 'commandments' are anti-societal and reveal a draconian plutocracy agenda. Such ideas are all part of a centuries-old script, my friends, and no matter who wins the current US Election for president, the country and the world are stuck with the same old globalist script, no matter what the egomaniac Mr. Trump promises in his attempt to win the Venusian Oval Office. And Hillary Clinton? She obviously is a reader of the Global Government script and sold out decades ago as did the mainstream media.

So perhaps we should also consider the Uranus-Neptune midpoint at '18Cap' with transit Pluto, planet of power, wealth, stealth, and death hitting it off and on of late: the big picture commands a certain course of action, which must be followed; very little option to do otherwise. (Tyl). Might this describe an infamous 'offer they can't refuse'?

Now for your consideration, let's close this section with an excerpt from a page posted by some folks who visited the Georgia Guidestones in Elbert County, Georgia, in 1995 (my italics) which you may find interesting concerning the Hopi Prophecy and the Enchanted Land of the Cherokees:

The Hopi Indians and their ancient shamans say "signs" will foretell the time when the fifth world, a new age, will begin. Many believe we now stand on the threshold of changing events which will bring about the end of one world period and the beginning of another. Ancient prophecies state that when stone tablets are returned to the center of the world the new age will begin. There are varied interpretations in many different cultures regarding what "the center of the world" means and where it is.

Northeast Georgia was an assembly ground for the great Cherokee Indian Nation before the white man's greed for gold brought about the Trail of Tears. Cherokee Indian trails radiated in all directions from what is now Elberton, Georgia, and the Cherokee Indians held their Councils, their dances and their worship services of the Great Spirit there. They called the area Al-yeh-li-A-lo-Hee, the Center of the World.

Wonder if "Mr. Christian" was aware of the Hopi Prophecy about a 'new age' beginning when "stone tablets" returned to the Center of the World? If so, his and his Elberton enablers were only acting a mystery play as they pretended to consider other locations for the standing stones than where they were constructed upon Mr. Mullenix's hilltop.

A Natal Chart for the Georgia Guidestones

Since the videos I've seen of the March 22, 1980 unveiling show bright sunshine near noon or thereabouts, I've set the following horoscope for that date at the coordinates of the Guidestones (34N13 82W53) for an approximate hour of 11:00 am est. As you see, the Aries Sun is a day or so past Spring Equinox 1980 (did they miss their target date?) with a Gemini Moon all morning so we know the day has a Sun Aries-Moon Gemini vibe of Fire and Air, the 'live wire' combination of energies suggesting excitement, even nervousness, before and during the proceedings. Curiously, one of this blend's Images for Integration (Charles and Suzi Harvey, Sun Sign-Moon Sign) is "Haydn's Farewell Symphony"! Thoughts of the world beyond were apparently solicited that sunny morning by these mysterious hunks of Saturnian stones. Plus, the Sun Aries-Moon Gemini combo is known for its ability to persuade though of precisely what, you'll have to decide for yourself.

Chart-ruler Mercury, planet of announcements, messages, and sight (an unveiling!), is in mystical Pisces and at Midheaven, the Goal Point, though Mercury makes no major applying aspects to other planets--other than a sextile to priestly Chiron (@10Tau59 and applying to goddess planet, Venus, which rules Taurus), with Chiron as the Seeker of The Quest. 'R.C. Christian' fulfills this knightly role or at least he thought he did. Anyway, A Mercury-Chiron sextile (60 degrees) suggests messages that "open new doors or stimulating ideas having to do with the process of self-transformation. It often happens that new input is not recognized as significant until sometime after it is received." (Chiron, Richard Nolle).

The Mercury-Chiron sextile also describes the architect of the project, the exacting Mr. R.C. Christian. 'Sometime after' is then, now, and in the future which is interesting since experiential Chiron The Centaur tells us to Be Here Now and orbits as The Bridge between planets Saturn (the past) and Uranus (the future).

Prominent in the Natal Chart

Now there are two angular chart factors that seem most prominent to me: a T-Square between the Moon-Neptune opposition which squares a 4th house Saturn, planet of stones, granite, monuments (including gravestones), and realism. Endings are also suggested which supports the themes of the Pre-Natal Solar Eclipse in the 18 South Saros Series (the current series as I type on August 11, 2016); you see 'PE" in the 9th house of Philosophy with details penned, upper right.

Also see lower right for Saturn notes and the transit of 1980 Saturn to US natal Neptune, planet of such things as: dreams, visions, illusions, the media, propaganda, toxins, negative escapism, and the masses. This is the grim reality vs dream come true transit and indicates Mr. Christian pouring an idealistic vision of Neptune into Saturnian stone thus bringing his dream into reality.

Penned on the chart in green is a second chart factor of importance: the Venus-Neptune midpoint at Midheaven which we may be tempted to dismiss since the MC isn't 'set in stone' (sorry!) since '11:00 am" is only a speculative hour. Still, this midpoint did pass over the scene at 11:00 am whether the ceremony began at that hour or not, and given the Rosicrucian link to planet Venus, the goddess planet whose flower is the rose, we might expect that the midpoint between lady Venus and Neptune, planet of illusion and mysticism, hints rather loudly at goddess idolatry and may denote other esoteric, pagan leanings associated with ancient megalithic sites such as Stonehenge in the form of Druidism.

Can good come from evil? Well, Washington now speaks of "doing something" legislatively about America's culture of violence and how whatever is done must be done quickly before the impetus runs out. This is a common feeling with a YOD influence: that one must take corrective action while the opportunity is offered.

As a parent, and now grandparent, I hope legislators will ward off the politically powerful NRA long enough to put into place more common-sense laws such as closing the gun show loophole for our children and women in particular need protection in this paternalistic, testosterone-driven society.

At last I thought to return to YouTube to search for Brett Dennen's performance on David Letterman from a while back. You see, when the music (and the beat) combine with apples-of-gold-in-pictures-of-silver lyrics that actually say something on behalf of human kind, the song often becomes a perennial favorite of mine.

Here, Heaven is performed live on Letterman and if you're unfamiliar with the song's message, perhaps you'll give a listen!




This song debuted pre-Occupy days, of course, but its message seems quite applicable to 99%/1% issues to this particular blogger whose nature is to operate within a Common Good persuasion.

A blip in false reality? Philip K. Dick on the Real "Matrix" (video)

Don't know if both readers of this blog have any interest in the narrative of a false reality such as author Philip K. Dick writes of in Blade Runner (my personal favorite) and The Matrix, but here he is speaking at a convention in 1977 (the year of Chiron's discovery!)

Perhaps I can snoop out the exact date he spoke and possibly outed the true "Matrix" because I'd like to compare the planets on that day with Mr. Dick's natal planets, you know? See what influences were prevailing for him then...

And yes, I do think that *Chiron, discovered at 3Tau08--'4Tau' = "A Rainbow's Pot of Gold" is significant to the topic of false reality. The Sabian Symbol for '4Tau' is about blending the celestial with the earthly and the lasting benefits that derive therefrom. Taurus is an Earth sign (practical; materialism) and is nicknamed The Builder, The Architect, and The Gardener.

The Taurean motto is I Grow and architects of our false reality know just what I'm talkin' 'bout! Then we have politicians and in particular Washington DC politicians who are the political arm of the Great Enterprise.

All in all, we could go on about these things but to sum up I'd have to say, It's our separation from God that is at the root of all our problems, depressions, and delusions.

Until a person becomes aware of that basic Truth and how distant they have become from The Source of All Life, then every human construct is false and unstable.

Now here's a theatrical trailer for Blade Runner, a moody-rainy film with a tale set in Los Angeles 2019--just 7 brief years from now...as 'Science Fiction' morphs into something substantial--something predicted in science fiction writers' novels...

Born December 16, 1928 @ 12:15 pm in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Dick's natal horoscope shows Uranus rising (ability to cope w anything--FDR was born w Uranus rising as well), Mars Rx at IC (Endings), and a close conjunction of Mercury and Saturn in Sagittarius, and Mercury/Saturn contacts are the 'signature of the professional writer," as Noel Tyl once said.

Plus, it feels synchronistic to me that as of recently, a transiting midpoint picture is once again formed between Jupiter (growth!), Neptune (fantasy!), and Uranus, planet of Futurism and Genius...

An Artist's Portrait of Gene Tierney

Is it overly brazen of me to publish my pencil portrait of actress Gene Tierney drawn in 1982? That's thirty years ago! Oh, well. Here I go celebrating the beginning of 2012 with an antique image from 1982...because I always thought Ms. Tierney was one of the prettiest actresses around!




Gene Tierney's Wiki page states that she was "acclaimed as one of the great beauties of her day" or some such flattery. Check out the scoop on the star of the film Laura which still makes it into the Top Ten of many a movie buff's list!

So where have I been blogging in the last four months?

Mainly at my Political Astrology website Stars Over Washington where you don't have to speak Astrologese to read what the stars have to say about Politics and politicians! Today's update: the natal horoscope (shown) of the GOP's anti-tax-hike political strategist Grover Norquist which will be 'hit' by the December 10, 2011 Lunar Eclipse in chatty, news-reporting Gemini--near US natal Mars.

As you know, all eclipses are considered 'wild cards' of the Universe and have the option to uncover secrets and scandals so stay tuned for that!

All Political Astrology is Mundane Astrology but not all Mundane Astrology is Political Astrology.

Eric Cantor, debt talks, and astro-blogging

The continuing 'debt talks' and debt default negotiations currently going on at the White House between Starve the Beast Republicans and President Obama have consumed what little blogging time I've had this week so I have not been hanging about here at 2Hrs lately. Mea culpa!

Of course, if America defaults on her debts on August 2, 2011 and the US credit rating is downgraded, no blogging may occur depending on results of the alleged dire consequences for our nation's economy and for the daily lives of our citizens. All the turmoil makes the economic situation a huge topic for bloggers, journalists, and pundits of all stripes which makes it easy as pie to find pro'n'con articles, blog posts, and op-eds by tossing a browser in any direction on the Web.

Then yesterday it occurred to me that a peek at the natal chart of Republican Majority Leader Eric Cantor might provide an interesting cache of insights into the debt talks and what are said to be huffy 'walk outs' from the White House meetings, another of which occurred or will occur today, July 15, 2011. (A meeting, hopefully not a walk-out.)

Many of my own opinions about the economic crisis now roiling the US capital (and markets) are already formed at my advanced age yet I do like to snag further information on such topics from folks like Thom Hartmann, a progressive broadcaster of good repute, and my favorite go-to guy.

In a similar news vein, Democracy Now! fills the bill for gaining a clearer view of events than what corporate mainstream media provides us, and you may wish to check out Amy Goodman's excellent reporting there if you haven't.

So if either of you wish to 'get to know' Rep. A Neoclassical Revival Home in Georgia by Shelli Pabis

Last year I caught up with the rest of the world and became vaguely aware of The Dullest Blog in the World. Today I thought to visit the blog and am blown away by its direct, unvarnished writing style and delivery of totally mundane information. The parody is clear and yet I must ask:

Now why can't I write like that?

Or perhaps I do but am completely unaware of just how uninteresting my ten blogs' content and writing style are...wouldn't surprise me.

Well, crum. Whenever I tire of verbage, I tend to turn to my drawing activities so here's a doodle done in pen for the hapless person reading this boring post and wishing their click had resulted in more varied content...this one's for You!

What Makes Creative People Tick?

With so many events to blog about in the Middle East and Wisconsin in February, the month flew by and I'm feeling quite sheepish to return to Two Hours today and post something after skipping February entirely! But who will if I won't, right? ;p

Helpfully, I ran across an interesting article explaining creative people which you may wish to read at Huffington Post (ignore the annoying new pop-up ads, thanks to Huff Po's AOL merger, I assume.)

The article lays out the basics exhibited by creative types as: "energy/rest, extroversion/introversion, and openness/sensitivity" and since some people have accused me of being creative (and I certainly act that way sometimes!), the descriptions and traits ring true from my experience of a lifelong habit of drawing (and perpetrating other creative projects as well.)

And since I was very shy as a youngster and for ages have worked with the public in my real world job, it occurred to me years ago that I'm an introvert who had to learn how to be an extrovert. Still working on that!

Now between you and me, sitting down at my drafting table with a blank sheet of paper and a bunch of sharpened pencils has always been one of my very favorite things to do in life and it seems easy as pie to suddenly block out everything else and get into some sort of zone of creativity, a direct connection to the Unconscious from which archetypal images flow.

Plus, sometimes my psychic sponge of a (creative) Pisces Moon must ignore certain things in the real world for a while just to manage the streak of sanity I'm rockin' here. (An abundance of Politics and Political Astrology writing can make you crazy, I'm here to advise you. But that's my verbal side; creating art is my visual side which helps with whatever mental balance I may have.)

Actually, I was in a zone of some sort on a recent day when I drew Lilith in Fringe Bikini. You see here a small cameo, but just click through to view a full portrait of glamorous Lilith in Art Print form - mandala, fringe, and all (if you're mature and sophisticated enough, that is.)

January 2011: still blogging about America

Happy Belated New Year 2011 to you and yours!

Today I've been blogging at my Political Astrology blog Stars Over Washington with little chance to consider topics other than the Jan 8, 2011 tragedy in Tucson, AZ against Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and others, the Moment of Silence held at 11:00 am est this morning in Washington DC, and the Right vs Left rhetoric about violence in the US which is being used now as yet another tactic to keep the American people divided and conquered on these issues...which is meant to keep those in power - in power.

So if you dare, you may wish to read today's post on such events which includes an image of the horoscope of Congress' secret session of March 13, 2008 when members discussed what they'd do for their own security when the people revolted (as noted at the time by Rep. Ron Paul) against congressional sorriness.

This secret session preceded Financial Collapse 2008 by weeks, as you see by its date, and I believe it has implications for the issues being discussed about our current tragedy and subsequent security changes which are said to be in discussion in the House this very week. It's tragic that a young man's frustration and distrust of government led to violence with political 'crosshairs' and 'reload' references encouraging the mentally and emotionally unstable among us to take action.
